This dress is new with tag but it a pretty vintage item. even though I never wore it, it got a small bit of yellowing on the neckline, probably just from exposure to things while in the closet since that part is white. I hand washed and line dried it to try to get that out but it is still slightly visible. I just want to explain that. measurements in pics.
