lilthriftyfashn @meggermancutie hello, the skirt is 100% viscose and the back length is approx. 37". The waistband is elastic (with a drawstring) so it allows for lots of stretch. Without being stretched, the waist measures approx. 26" however it can stretch to 36". I hope this helps.
