Spell Bound Floral Maxi Dress made in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (size L)

Incredible boutique dress, purchased in Italy, made in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I’ve worn it quite a bit but it’s still beautiful, has some fraying here and there (as shown in photo). This dress is a size L and I’m usually a XS/S. I usually wear this dress with a little belt to cinch at the waste but I’ve also worn it without a belt with a bathing suit under to go to the beach.
