@ljhaynes27 problem with my body type is that I’m an Apple shape. I can really only wear certain things because my legs are long and my torso is short. All my weight goes to my boobs and stomach

@kittyrunrun i see, I’m lucky to have an hour glass shape. But i had an apple shape when i was depressed years ago then i went to the gym and killed it. The best way to lose anything is not cardio it’s to build muscle by weight lifting. I ended up working there and training people. For some reason people think women can’t lift but it doesn’t make us bulky. Strong is the new sexy!

@ljhaynes27 I agree! I used to have a great body just a year ago. Then I had a full hip replacement surgery so I’ve lost a bit. I think there’s pic of me in the Jimmi bikini ad I have for sale. I know I’ll get back. I just need to heal
