Spell Babushka Skirt in White and Lilac

Spell Babushka skirt size large. Please see pics for measurements of waist (un-stretched but has a tie to make tighter or looser as needed) and length. Only flaw I could find were two very mild pulls on the front middle, barely noticeable at all. Please ask any questions before purchasing. Thank you!
