laurab2217 Hi what is the measurement of the skirt across the waist when it isn’t being stretched and is being stretched ?

j_indigo @laurab2217 I’m not 100% sure what you’re asking, but I’d say it’s kind of a medium softness. When I compared it to some of my other spell skirts it’s a little stiffer than some, but not as firm as others. Sorry I’m not able to give you a better answer!
