Reposhing this item I purchased from @bobolabadmos. Loved it, but sadly, it is too big for me so I'm turning it right around to offer to you. This fits as a true large.
Lining: 95% Polyester, 5% Elastane; Shell: 92% Polyester, 8% Elastane
Swim skort with built-in compression shorts, 4-way stretch, retains shape, UPF 50+ & water repellent. Machine wash cold. Can be used for swimming, tennis, paddle ball, or breezing around town on a hot day. Skirt fabric is light with a beautiful leaf pattern. From a non-smoking home. Please feel free to make an offer!

What is the waist measurement? Thanks

Along the top of the waist band measures 17" laying flat. The waist band is 2" wide. The center of the band measures 17.5" and the bottom of the waist band measures 18". The back of the band is elasticized. Hope this helps~
