Speed Limit M P H red floral mini dress is size small. The red is a bright red sort of an orange red. Dress has a curved hem, a collar, 2 pockets on front and an elastic waist with a tie. Dress bodice buttons up on front. Sleeves are 3/4 length but have a strap you can button but make them short sleeves. Flowers and greenery are all over the dress. Made in India of 100% polyester. Armpit to armpit is 18.5” across front. Shoulder to side hem is 31” long. I just noticed the left sleeve has a couple of pulleys near the strap.
