Speed Control brand 100% lightweight cotton bohemian floral dress. Waist is high and has wide elastic smocking, bust is wrap v-neck, sweet little cap sleeves trimmed in burgundy lace, fully lined underneath skirt. This is a beautiful festival dress, cool and comfortable even wear, size medium in VGUC. See last two photos for only flaw: some elastic in the back waistband is undone, not noticeable but priced accordingly. Beautiful dress, has that boho festival or milkmaid look.
