Speechless semi formal short black dress with bling, Medium strap v neck Slinky

This dress is 100% polyester. The fabric feels soft . The stitching on one side of the label is off. The dress is sized medium. It's v necked and the straps are twisted to look rope like (look at pictures). Padded bra. Approximate measurements" 34.5" long, 28.5 waist. It's hard to get a proper length measurement since it will depend on how you wear the straps.
