Adjustable Spaghetti strap.. Fully lined. Older. Some of the glitter has worn off... but you have to look hard to notice. Older style. in fair condition. No rips tears or stains. I would say this is more for a smaller breasted medium size person. One of the hanger elastics is only attached at one end...so needs to be sewn up or cut off.
