Speechless dress in red and black asymmetrical hem

Speechless prom/homecoming/formal dress in red and black. The dress has an symmetrical hem, adjustable red straps, a red sash tie, a red slip that is over laid by a gorgeous detailed sheer black layer with a floral pattern. The pattern on the black overlay has flecks of silver. The overlay on the left bust does not lay as flat as on the right side, but this defect was present at the time of the original purchase. The dress is in excellent condition and has only been worn once for a formal eve
