Vintage '70s or 90's vibes career dress pre-owned with no flaws. This has no tag but research shows it's from Speechless. It appears to be a size small. It is a stretch poly knit. Very cute Bell sleeves and seam detail across the bust. I believe it would fit a small or even a medium as it has quite a bit of stretch to it.
