Speechless Black W/White Polka Dots Tie Back V Neck Tank Dress W/Tulle Hem (M)

Wow! I think I fit ALL the details in the title other than the built-in underbust structured cinching band that becomes the tie strings at the sides. This dress is visually a lot of fun with the pattern changing dramatically from small dots at the top portion to much larger dots at the bottom. It's a really nice stretchy, smooth, kinda weighty & cool to the touch fabric & its deep dark black. Idk why this messed with the camera, but it's a rich black with bright white polka dots. It is lined & the hem of the lining has a small bit of tulle trim, which gives this dress a pretty sweet & playful silhouette. It has only been worn a couple of times, maybe 3 times, but it's probably really only been 2. It is in wonderful condition but it has been worn. It's tagged a size medium & I'd agree with that & add that a smallish large could probably swing it too because of the cut & the stretchiness of the fabric. EUC
