Spectacular vintage black tule tutu style midi skirt

This is such a vintage treasure! One of my best friends did this captivating and gravity defying photo shoot in this amazing 1950s black tule tutu. She gave it to me when it no longer fit her, and now it unfortunately no longer fits me. It is for someone with a very petite waist. There is a very small section at the top that ripped and I spent hours reinforcing it and sewing it (pictured) that repair has held up for years. It features a darling little bow on the waistband (pictured) and has so much volume and drama in its movement and style. I always say, they just don’t make ‘em like they used to. This fantastic fashion piece is over 70 years old and it has more charisma than most things in my closet. It is in fantastic pre-loved well cared for condition. It can be worn on its own as a wonderful costume piece, or underneath another skirt or dress to give it fantastic oomph! I have treasured this skirt so much but it’s time for someone else to dance in it. The way I have stored it and the way I will ship it to you is rolled up neatly and put inside stockings. It sounds weird, but it works really well. Measurements: Length-29” Waist- 20 1/4” - no give or stretch- fixed size - very tiny waist
