Special occasion dress, wedding guest dress, etc.

Brand new with tags intact. I bought this dress off of Lulu's for an upcoming wedding. I tried it on and it is too small for me. Unfortunately, it was a final sale so I can't send it back for a different size... I'm heartbroken because this dress is so cute and the fabric is great quality. I don't have a great picture of the back, but it is criss-crossed and the straps are adjustable. Price is negotiable!
