Purchased directly from a Coach store. Extremely comfortable bag. On the smaller size with straps that can adjust to any body size. Leather has been kept in great condition thanks to the care guide included inside the bag. Zippers are all in perfect smooth condition. This bag is pre-owned with a rating of 9/10 on quality. Reason being there is a micro rip on the bottom stitching of the bag. The hole doesn’t even make it into the bags main compartment and could very easily be sewed together.
