Special Ops SWAT officer Halloween costume size 4 yr old

Size 4 yo Only worn once. Accessories show some wear via dents. Elastics were not sewn up on well in production and some are fraying. Side Velcro closure. Poor sewing throughout by manufacturer but costume did its job for one Halloween wear. Would rather someone get some more use of it instead of it going to the trash.
