This aircraft carrier is new, but the box has a lot of damage. Everything in the box is still in pristine condition. Some items not opened yet. Brand New never played with. The sound box still makes all the sounds. It makes sounds of planes taking off of planes landing different aircraft carrier sounds. Has 4 die cast planes. Just a few pieces to slide together. There are no scratches on the ship itself. **The box does say that the carrier does not float.
