Sparkly long Black skirt

This ankle length maxi skirt is sparkly and comfortable. It has a lot of stretch. It’s straight all the way down. It says x-large on the tag but I was a medium when I wore this. Just expect it to fit more low waisted the smaller you are. For larger sizes this is more high waisted. Waist is 16 inches side to side. Length is 42 inches from waist to floor
