Sparkly Red Holiday Skater Pleated Dress

super cute sparkly red skater dress. the skirt is pleated so it fans out a bit, the fabric is not scratchy at all and it hits me just above the knee. this dress isn't lined, but it's not see-through at all. perfect for holiday parties!
