Sparkly Oversized Sweater NWOT 🪩

This sweater reminds me of tree tinsel a bit. It is a size small but it is oversized so may be workable as a size medium . The color is truly an almost navy black and the threads that are woven in are silver , black, and Navy or blue gray . This is NWOT. Never worn. Great Sweater for Holidays as well.
