Sparkly Black Mini skirt size Small

Here's a BNWOT black mini skirt. Has a sparkly look and is required hand washing because the material would get snagged if machine washed. Has elastic waist band and would fit a medium too. Is made from 100% polyester. Bought for $30 a few month's ago, never had the right opportunity to wear it. Perfect for clubbing or wearing to an event that you want to stand out at.
