Sparkling lacy choker necklace w/tassle NIP

This is truly a beautiful little necklace and unusual in its design. It is a choker necklace with a long portion that I call a tail or a tassle. It has a lot of fire and sparkle. It was shipped brand new from the manufacture in cellophane packing; there is no separate paper label. This is a great going-out necklace for sure. I do love the scalloped lacy edges.
