Sparkling Silver Kids Dance Costume

silver costume was made by curtain call and has a leotard style underneath the dress. also see picture above, there are slight light purple spots around the neck area. ( all of the costumes were originally received this way, I believe it may be something to do with the fabric but am unsure.)
