Sparkle! V neck with design at the neck.

High low tunic. Perfect to wear with leggings. Sleeves are around 3/4. I never got around to wearing this. Brand new! Sky blue with sparkle all over ! My camera wasn’t taking clear photos the second one was a little blurry.
