Spark Paws size B dog winter shoes NWT

Bought for a 17 lb Shiba Inu. Too large and forgot to return. Per manufacturer these should fit a dog about 23 - 33 lbs with about 2" wide paws. Tried on once to check fit. Velcro straps to hold on and toggle to tighten at top. Rubber sole.
