Spanx olive cargo skinny pants

These are so nice but they don’t fit me. I bought off of Poshmark and couldn’t wear them. The tag says medium and while I can get them on, I think they would fit a size small better, see photo measurements. I love the style very much, just can’t wear them. They are spnx so they hold you in.
