Spanx Velvet Velour Leggings Pull On Stretchy Compression High Waisted Black Women's Small Waist = 12" (but has lots of stretch!) Rise = 10.5" Inseam = 28" These are gorgeous and incredibly soft! Perfect to dress up or down. In very good pre-owned condition. There might be a few spots on the pants, but I can't tell if it's just how the velvet is brushed. Might come out with a good wash or might not. Either way, not noticeable since they're jet black and everything blends! I added photos for reference.
