Skort has a matte black finish and features built-in shorts that are visible 2-1/2" below the hemline of the skirt portion of the garment. Garment measures 15" across at the waistline when lying flat and unstretched. Skort measures 13-1/2" from waistline to bottom hemline of skirt.
