Spanish designer halter dress

Can be work loose, or the halter ties can wrap around to create a strappy empire waist. High quality 100% cotton with real embroidery design. Falls just right. Technically OS, but I’d say it’s best for S/M just by the way it falls on the top. Low back, very easy on/off. Doesn’t wrinkle too much, great for travel.
