Spaghetti Strap Party Dress

A cute, feminine party dress with a sheer overlay skirt over a turquoise slip/liner. This dress features a tie waist, a fairytale hem, sequins and turquoise decorations on the bodice, and a turquoise ribbon hem on the sheer overlay skirt. Adjustable spaghetti straps finish out this charming dress. Flaws: There are a few nearly invisible snags (see second-to-last photo). I only found them by minutely examining the fabric. There is a very difficult-to-see patch of discoloration near the bottom of the front of the overlay (see last photo). It is nearly invisible and barely shows up on the camera. 100% polyester (liner and overlay) and 95% polyester and 5% spandex (bodice).
