Southwest design short sleeve sweater with a batwing design. It has a sexy v-neck. The colors are greens and melon/oranges and it is soft and comfortable. It's a size large. I don't know who the designer is but the tag has 2 hearts on it. Shoulders - 15 inches Length - 21 inches in the front, 23 inches in the back.
