Southern living and home spoon and fork vintage

Vintage southern living at home fork and spoon. It has the faux pearl look to it on the handle. These are vintage probably from the late 90s to early 2000s. But I’m not certain. There are blemishes on the silver part like scratching and stuff they are not perfect, but they are super beautiful. Please feel free to make any offers. Or sales are final.
