Southern Expressions-High Rise Elastic Drawstring

Great 90’s vintage high rise shorts. These are a nice shade of yellow, sunny but not too bright. Like new, they look like never worn. The drawstring works and goes all the way around so you can cinch them up and get a great gathered look. Shorts have deep pockets and the hem looks good rolled up or down.
