South America Handcrafted Pottery Ginger Jar with lid enamel flowers

This South American (Argentina) Ginger Jar is Handcrafted, with multicolor flowers it has a mark in the bottom that I do not recognize. it has a couple of very fine crazing lines otherwise excellent. the inside is painted sky blue,
