Soutache embroidery and leather look sheer midi skirt

This pretty skirt is a stretch polyester mesh over with a floral, soutache ribbon embroidery on it. It’s fairly heavy and nice fabric. There are vertical lines of a shinier ribbon. That comes off fairly leather looking although it is not leather. The sheer skirt is fully lined and in excellent condition.
