@briandkim Hey good question! You should receive a step-by-step on how to rehydrate it. To summarize, you would add an equal amount of water (20g), and allow the starter to sit to rehydrate. You then begin to discard half, refeed, and repeat the process over several days until it consistently doubles in size. ☺️
