This dress is absolutely stunning. It has a random gathered skirt, lace trimmed bottom. It has a corset style fastening in the back, so there is some room for adjustment. There is a piece sewn in there in case you need extra fabric. The waist at the smallest is28 inches but with the current fabric piece, it goes to 32 inches. The back does drag a little. Length on the front is approximately 56 inches. There are cups sewn into the dress if needed
