I noticed the European sizing on this is a 40. I typically wear a 39 in European sizing but an 8.5 in US sizing. Do these run big? Wondering if this size 8 would fit or be too small

@j_riecken I typically wear a 39 as well. With thick socks these were snug but honestly I didn't need thick socks because the boots were also warm.
