Soprano Scalloped Layered Circle Dress

This is a black and white layered circle dress by Soprano Soloiste. This dress has four layers. The top later is black with geometric cutouts attached to a layer of white mesh. The next layer white tulle and the last layer is a solid white slip. It has a scalloped hem and a sweetheart neckline and adjustable straps. The back has a zipper closure and a clip at the top.
