Sony VOR Cassette Tape Voice Operated Recorder Black Flat Mic PARTS ONLY VTG

Just found this Sony VOR cassette recorder in a drawer as we prepare to move to warmer and less taxed climes. It is in nice vintage condition. There is NO power cord, cassette tape, headphones or box. Runs on 2 AA batteries (which are NOT included). I tested it one time and it worked fine. The next time it did NOT. Just selling the unit as is FOR PARTS ONLY. You make the call. The unit looks clean with only a few light scratches from prior use. Says Flat Mic. There is no model number I can find on the unit.
