Sonoma Navy Blue Corduroy Tiered Ruffle Dress with Long Sleeves

This very nice navy blue dress has a soft corduroy material, a V-neckline, and elastic around the cuffs of the sleeves. This dress has a tiered ruffle design and a relaxed, flowing fit. It measures 35 inches in length from the shoulder to the hem and 24 inches in width from under the arms. This dress has been gently washed but never worn and is in perfect condition.
