These are brand new. Bought them and ended up never wearing. Want to find them a new home. These are if an amazing quality. It seems like they are made of fabric covered in transparent rubber. Really cool! They are very colorful and fun. The only precaution - they run a little narrow in the shaft and don't fit like a regular wide rain boot.
