@rtklarsfeld Hi, thank you so much for reaching out! This bag is new and has never been used. Right after the main image on the listing, there is a video of the actual bag that shows the new condition accurately. The metal piece on the front is brushed to look matte (this is part of the design) and there is faint creasing around the logo stamp on the bag's middle strap due to the nature of its construction (see photos).

@rtklarsfeld The bag has tags and a dust bag, and I'm happy to provide a copy of the receipt with my information blacked out. Poshmark will also automatically authenticate the item because it's price is over $500, and if it's fake (which it absolutely is not) you will get your money back. @jane_jetson00 Poshmark automatically authenticates all items over $500. When the item is purchased, it is sent directly to the Poshmark headquarters and they authenticate before sending out to the client. If there is an issue, they refund you entirely. This bag is 100% authentic and was purchased from Bloomingdales. It still has the original tags attached.
