steffcia @katilydia22 new pic just for you!! Again I am 5'7 and I currently wear a 22 or 24 dress so it's a little big on me. In this pic the dress comes to about three inches under my knees but when I was a 28 it was about an inch below my knees. Which was not a problem because when you sit down in this dress the skirt actually covers more than when you are standing since it's almost like a circle skirt. Which is one big reason I love it. About to post the other pic too.

steffcia @katilydia22 I have been doing Crossfit and on the Paleo diet for three months and I've lost 37lbs but what's more than that is I've significantly dropped sizes in three months. It's a lot of work but I'm having fun. I was in my first 5k 2 weeks ago with a group of friends and I just loved that too!

steffcia @katilydia22 basically you just eat a lot of meats and veggies and no bread, rice, potatoes, and some but very little dairy. They call it the cave man diet.. You are supposed to mimic the diet they would have had available. Kinda silly but it works.. And in combination with cross fit the high protein diet really seems to do the trick.
