fishkybizniz I'm so sorry to ask but need to know if the bell is glass. I tried ordering one from Lenox and a cheap plastic bell was in the Box. I got Swarovski involved. Their bells are supposed to be all crystal glass. They're investigating tampering and trade violation on the 2017's

fishkybizniz I really appreciate it. I don't want to be in the middle of a scam. I didn't trust Lenox to involve Swarovski, so I documented it all. I decided to look here. I'm ok to get a different year.

tobyisking @fishkybizniz hi I added a picture of the barcode on the back of the box. I also added a pic of a receipt. Unfortunately it’s not for the item itself but that is the Swarovski I got this from. Hope that helps
