piercefully @jackieyay hi, thanks for the question! They run a bit big, and each size fits the following range: 6 months fits 3-9 months. 12 months fits 9-18 months. 24 months fits 18 mos to 2T I have those 3 sizes. Hope this info helps!🤩

piercefully @krisenid2015 Hi, there is a layer of tulle under. There are 3 layers: The outer dress (lavender), tulle, and a slip. Take a look at my same dress on sale in yellow - one of my photos is of the actual dress. The stock photos do have a little petticoat slip underneath.
