Is the only part of the top that is polyester the fringes?

@maurookie I assume so, as the top itself feels like silk.. but I can’t say for certain.

@deannaraven416 I have many silk or silk with rayon Cache tops like this and never saw the fringe described as polyester. Will make offer on October 1st if still available.
