They are used. They're the mine part of Harley after divorce. of course there is the one side where there's wear, obviously unavoidable due to the clutch but in good condition regardless. just needs a Lil tooling and it will be good as new. price plus a fix, it will be a deal compared to what they're worth!! They do have all the buckles and they work.
